Welcome to ZENITH. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
By using ZENITH, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
ZENITH is developed and operated by Skyline Analysis Drone Services, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Oklahoma, USA, doing business as ("Skyline Analysis").

ZENITH is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use ZENITH or provide any information to us.
If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have such data, contact us at support@skylineanalysis.com.
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address — used to identify your account and send service-related communications
- Display name — the name you choose to appear in the app
As you use ZENITH, we collect and store:
- Habit names and categories you create
- Habit completion history and logs
- Streak data and progress metrics
This data is the core of the service and is stored on our servers to sync across your devices.
ZENITH offers an AI coaching feature powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI). When you use this feature:
- Your messages are transmitted to the AI provider's API to generate a response
- Neither Anthropic nor OpenAI retain your conversation data beyond processing the individual API call — they do not train their models on your conversations
- ZENITH may store conversation history on our servers so you can review past coaching sessions within the app
- You can delete your conversation history by deleting your account (see Section 9)
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:
- Your subscription status (free or Pro tier)
- Purchase transaction identifiers (provided by Apple)
- Device identifiers used for subscription management
We do not directly access or store your payment card information — all payment processing is handled by Apple.
If you opt in to push notifications, we store an Expo push notification token associated with your account. This token is used only to deliver notifications you've requested (e.g., habit reminders). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. This includes:
- Feature usage events (e.g., which screens you visit, which features you use)
- App performance data
Analytics data is collected in a manner designed to be anonymous and not personally identifiable. We use this data to improve the app.
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and operate ZENITH — syncing your habits, streaks, and progress across devices
- Power the AI coaching feature — by sending your messages to AI provider APIs
- Manage your subscription — through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store
- Send notifications — habit reminders and app alerts you've opted into
- Improve the app — through anonymous analytics via PostHog
- Respond to support requests — when you contact us at support@skylineanalysis.com
- Comply with legal obligations — if required by law
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We work with the following third-party services to operate ZENITH. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:

These providers are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to us, and not for their own purposes.
Note on AI providers: Anthropic and OpenAI process your coaching messages only at the time of the API call. Per their current terms, they do not use API data to train their models or retain it beyond the call. We recommend reviewing their policies directly for the most current information.
- All user data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the United States
- Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data
- No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@skylineanalysis.com
- Account and habit data is retained for as long as your account is active
- AI coaching conversations stored in the app are retained until you delete them or delete your account
- Analytics data (PostHog) is anonymized and retained per PostHog's standard retention policies
- Push notification tokens are retained until you disable notifications or delete your account
- After account deletion, we may retain certain data in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is required by law
Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights regarding your data:
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You can delete your ZENITH account at any time from within the app settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account data, habit data, AI coaching history, and push notification tokens from our active systems. Residual copies in backups will be purged within 90 days.
You can request an export of your habit data. Contact us at support@skylineanalysis.com and we will provide your data in a portable format within a reasonable timeframe.
If any of your data is inaccurate, you can update it within the app or contact us.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For CCPA requests, contact support@skylineanalysis.com.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is: (a) performance of the contract (providing the service), (b) your consent (notifications), and (c) legitimate interests (security, analytics).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Your continued use of ZENITH after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
